Little Tokyo, also known as “the ghetto,” is where the majority of Saigon’s Japanese people live. It is a little replica of Japanese culture packed into a maze of concrete lanes and passages that is furnished with improvised lighting and thick, tangled cabling. Even at 11 o’clock, most spas are still open, with the women sporting ever-more-revealing skirts and gowns and their waves and giggles becoming bolder and more seductive. In Little Japan, you can find some of Vietnam’s most stunning massage girls. While the captains stand outside soliciting patrons with obvious pricing, the Vietnamese females in the blowjob bars on NPK dress stylishly and lounge inside. In Little Japan, things don’t work like that. With perfect makeup and traditional “ao dai” clothing, the Vietnamese girls who work in massage spas in Little Japan are often very gorgeous. Additionally, they are highly social, approaching and flirting with onlookers. When attempting to advertise massage and spa services, girls who work in Little Japan massage spas regularly use force and aggression. There is often no room for negotiation at these massage spas because their primary consumers are happy to pay outrageously expensive prices. These places are regularly frequented by tourists and businesspeople visiting Saigon from Taiwan, Japan, Korea, China, and other countries. They adore Little Japan in Saigon. In front of their various spas in Little Japan, the Vietnamese massage girls are attempting to attract customers for treatments. And once you agree to a massage and your girl is lying next to you naked, she will try to up-sell you on other, extremely expensive services.
