    No reason for that disclaimer in the introduction, lads: The CCP regime is evil, and its prime victims are Chinese people.
    Things have become less free and more restrictive under Xi Jinping, so China is going in a wrong direction.
    And sadly foreigners are not safe in China and can get targeted at any time based on their citizenship.
    Keep in mind: condemning the regime is not equaling stirring hatred against all Chinese.

    21 days in a detention center with no privacy, lacking sanitary infrastructure and unpaid labor: a slap in the face of human rights.
    And no: owning and consuming weed in China certainly is not smart.

    doing any drugs is bad idea, Michael actually got off lightly. If you were caught in Singapore or Malaysia with 15grams or half an ounce of heroin/cocaine/morphine or any other hard drugs, it is not prison you need to worry about. It is a death sentence by hanging.
