Street food in Indonesia – In this video, I will take on a street food tour of Cirebon, Indonesia, to eat some of the most unknown Indonesian food.

To start our Indonesian street food tour in Cirebon, Indonesia, we went to have breakfast at a very local joint and we ate Nasi Lengko and Kue Tapel.

To continue our Indonesian street food tour in Cirebon, Indonesia, we headed to the traditional morning market to try some of the Indonesian food you’d never heard of. We had the stinky Tahu Gejrot, traditional Indonesian cakes, local Rujak, and a very unique savoury Cirebon cake.

Moving on with our Indonesian street food tour in Cirebon, Indonesia, we went to a street food stall for an insanely delicious fried chicken and spicy sambal.

To end our Indonesian street food tour in Cirebon, Indonesia, we went to have one of the locals favourite, Nasi Jamblang.

    Most of my favourite foods in Cirebon in this session. Tahu gejrot, I prefer Bandung to Cirebon. Cirebon's tahu gejrot has too strong taste. Can't wait for next session in Central Java!

    Your trip to the traditional market is the right way. Because you will find traditional food or dishes that other people may not know about. All i know in Cirebon only empal gentong and nasi jamblang hahahahaha 😅

    Max's dictionary:
    1. This is super illegal (seems like this is the ultimate compliment from him). Not all food is rated this.
    2. Mind blowing (usually being spoken while closing eyes and tilting head. not long he will look for the chef and directly saying "enak bangatt Pak/Bu"). This is the 2nd delicioso grade from Max. He says this often as he likes sambal so much and most of Indonesian food is complimented by sambal.
    3. Comforting/Comforting = Enak. Anyway, as Max is very kind, he likes to add "bangatt" for enak. However, the mimic is not the same as mind blowing.
    4. Unique. Well, I believe all the food scored "unique" has similarity, having the strong odor or taste in between (manis-pedas-odor).

    He's that kind to the food. He never says nggak enak. Thanks, Max. Ciao!

    Salah satu channel kesukaanku. Salah satu yang terbaik. Tidak sekedar nyobain terus bilang enak saja. Terutama sangat jarang atau bisa dikatakan aku baru lihat channel ini saja orang Italia mereview banyak kuliner Indonesia. Yang kita tahu juga Italia sendiri merupakan salah satu tempat di Eropa yang sangat terkenal sebagai surganya kuliner enak. Banyak masakan dan makanan yang bersejarah di dunia berasal dari Italia.

    Btw, orang Indonesia kalau bertemu orang Italia pasti bilang soal Vale, Inzaghi, Baggio, dan lainnya. Mereka semua baik saat di Indonesia. Jadi orang Indonesia mengingat mereka.
