I had the opportunity to go hang gliding whilst visiting Yamanashi (near Mt Fuji). Hang gliding company is called Oshino Sky Sports and they are very knowledgeable with hang gliding and paragliding sports. Highly recommend in the Autumn season as the colours and scenery are so beautiful.
