Welcome to Day 2 in Tokyo, Japan. This was filmed in early March of 2023. Hope you enjoy the vlog! Drop a like and sub!

The hotel I stayed at:
– Via Inn Prime Akasaka

Places I visited:
– teamLab Planets Tokyo – make sure to book this exhibit in advance. You can buy the tickets on their website. I believe it costs around $20 USD per person. Overall, very enjoyable experience. If you are tired of exploring the hustle and bustle areas of Tokyo, I’d definitely do teamLab Planets!

– Shibuya Sky – best view of Tokyo hands down. Buy your ticket in advance for sure because if you try to go the day of, I’ve seen them have “sold out” signs. I bought mine off Klook and booked my time slot around 4:45 PM. The time slots that are always sold out are the 4:30 – 6 PM time (right around sunset). Unfortunately, you can’t control with the weather when booking that far in advance but Shibuya Sky is a must-see attraction.

Restaurants I ate at:
– Via Inn Prime Akasaka Buffet Breakfast – only open to those who are staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is it cheap, clean, and modern but the breakfast is legit. You get a wide variety of Western and Japanese breakfast items. There are chefs there who are frying fresh tempura as well. What can beat that?

– Yakiniku Like – this is a local Japanese BBQ chain restaurant. It has a similar atmosphere to that of Ichiran Ramen, where you have your own booth, but this time you have your own grill. My whole dinner set was probably just around $10 USD so it is very reasonably priced. Overall, pretty fun and delicious!

– Maison Creperie – I saw a long line here and wanted something sweet. Nothing too special about this creperie. There are better options in Shibuya. I got nutella strawberry and I felt like there was barely any filling in mine.
