Hello CEBU IS THE LETCHON CAPITAL OF THE PHILIPPINES, specifically in Talisay,Cebu
Good content … learned a lot … 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😋
Anong lechon yan? Parang wala na yung laman sa loob🙄
I will not eat pork even if I die of hunger, it is forbidden in Islam. Here in Morocco the beef and chicken are the best and halal. Greetings to the Filipino people, our brothers. 🇲🇦❤️🇵🇭
I saw you in Zamboanga City 🥰
430am!!!! Dedication!
Wow that’s a lot of pigs. I’m glad I don’t have to kill them 😭
Looks so tasty! Thanks for showing us the process.
Ben says “I wish I could taste it”!
"Mang Tomas"!! wow…I use his lechon sauce to perk up some of my chicken dishes here in the US….this video is super informative and enjoyable…I can't believe "Mang Tomas Lechon" still there…been a long time……Kudos to both of you….Good Job!!
Bull crap, the lechon capital of the Philippines is Cebu. It is believed that the first lechoneros of Cebu were from Talisay City. In the 1920s, they started creating this delicious pork dish and called it inasal. “The root word there is asal,” historian Louella Alix tells Kara David on Pina Sarap. They copy the way Cebuanos are doing it and then they call themselves the Lechon Capital of the Philippines. NO. NO. NO. They can call themselves Lechon Capital of Manila but not in the Philippines.
By the way, look at Ricos lechon process… its cleaner and you can tell Ricos has perfected and cleaned their system. This video has dirty surroundings.
Thank you for going here in the Philippines. But I just want to correct that CEBU is the letchon capital of the Philippines. When you go to CEBU you taste the difference.
