Tokyo, (東京) officially Tokyo Metropolis (東京都), is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan. As of 2018, the Greater Tokyo Area ranked as the most populous metropolitan area in the world. The urban area houses the seat of the Emperor of Japan, of the Japanese government and of the National Diet. Tokyo is home to the world’s tallest tower, Tokyo Skytree, and the world’s largest underground floodwater diversion facility, the Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel (located in Kasukabe, Saitama, a suburb of Tokyo). The Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, opened in 1927, is the oldest underground metro line in East Asia. Recognized as one of the most livable cities in the world, Tokyo was tied fourth with Wellington in the 2021 Global Livability Ranking.

    I don't know who decided to implement pulsing traffic light but it's so confusing when lights goes out for literally few seconds. I could understand to implement this when lights pulse quickly so its not like all lights are out for few seconds but maybe for 100 ms max. During these few seconds even at legal speeds like 50-60km/h you can cover quite a lot of distance and you have to think if the lights are broken out of power or its green or maybe red.

    I can't remember if I've brought this up before, but if I may ask, why do you always skip ahead now when you're about to drive through a tunnel? You never used to do that. Still enjoyed the drive like always, but I've been wondering about it.
