  1. Love riding the train. . I take Amtrak everywhere. Satoshi would like the train museum in Sacramento. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Japan and the Delicious food.🙂👍👍🍡🍜🍻

  2. First, the breakfast looked so delicious and Sasebo harbour was picturesque! When you boarded the first train I kept thinking of the times in Toronto I was lucky that we couldn't see the tracks because I had been on multiple rides where someone jumped onto the tracks in front of the train. When I visit Japan I'm going to try to get a front view, I know I have nothing to fear now.
The countryside was breathtaking and Arita was stunning! I'd love to live in a town like that.
The bullet train was beautiful inside, I'd say understated elegance. Oh, I really hope that I can be able to visit as planned this Christmas through to New Years. 🤞 Just need a clean bill of health.

  3. Seeing the old shops and houses sometimes makes me try to imagine what it would be like to live and work in them. The crispy noodles looks like a good dish.

  4. I'm planning on finally going to Hokkaido this Nov and will be riding the Shinkansen to get there. Haven't ridden on it since 2010 and looking forward to the trip.

  5. Enjoyed the trip. Wish we had such places here where I live in U.S.
Really appreciate the subtitles being just slow enough for me to read AND look around.

  6. Eateries that locals favor are usually my first choice. Your breakfast in Sasebo looked simple, nutritious, and delicious! Trains are such a wonderful way to travel and the Shinkansen takes train travel to another level. The Kamome is a beautiful, elegant train. Do Shinkansen generally have a few seats with leg room for tall folks (e.g., 6'2" plus)? As always, the scenery was gorgeous. Arita is so picturesque and peaceful. I'd love to browse the pottery shops. Thank you for sharing this with us!

  7. The set meal you had looked delicious. Enjoyed seeing Arita what a beautiful old town, loved the ceramic pot on the bridge too. The Shinkansen 🚅 looked awesome inside and out. Thanks for an enjoyable video. Looking forward to seeing more videos. 😀👍

  8. Looks like a fun trip! I've been interested in Sasebo as it is a "sister city" to my city (Albuquerque, New Mexico, US)! The food looks great.

I also want to visit Nagasaki Biopark someday 🙏💕

  9. How can those trains afford to operate when they don’t have many passengers. Are they gov subsidized?

  10. Thanks, a textbook example of why Japan is #1. Even this short trip in Kyushu is a treat, peaceful, spotless, with excellent food. I am not a fan of Chinatown in Nagasaki although your meal looks great!

  11. Ohhhh I love saba easily one of my favourite fish to eat. Aaaa I hope I can visit this place one day

  12. Okay I know this will make me sound like a super pampered Westerner. But how do you eat the fish skin? It freaks me out so much. I cannot have skin or scales on my fish. I brings me right back to those days when I was forced to go to my step grandparents house and do nothing but sit there and fish from sun up to sun down on the lake. And even if you never caught a single fish you still ended up covered in fish scales. And even after showing and scrubbing your skin raw you will find scales in your hair, bed, all over your skin. It grosses me out to this day.
