  1. If you have to wait in line for BBQ in Austin you are out of your fucking mind there are alot of BBQ places around Austin to eat and the best thing is you don't have to go broke paying for this so called BBQ, just saying!

  2. Shiiiiiid. No way, it's not the best BBQ in Austin. Out of towners vote on this

  3. The best BBQ in Austin is Franklins. I’ve never been because you have to get there at 6 AM and there’s a line at that time. I’ve never been here either and I might try both

  4. I live in Austin and you can’t keep up with all the BBQ places popping up. I like the Green Mesquite BBQ, Classic place call The Salt Lick and many many place around Austin. Kreisler or Smithy’s in Lockhart, City Market in Lulling, Southside and Meyer’s in Elgin. Louie Mueller Barbecue in Taylor. This is the Smoke Brisket universe in the whole Galaxy. Jesus wanted BBQ he would come right here.

  5. Interstellar is good but not number one. Any real bbq enthusiast will tell you that. Nothing there just says wow! If you want BBQ that will wow any person who has been eating BBQ their entire life then go to LeRoy and Lewis. I have no affiliation with them at all. Just a hard core bbq lover. They take bbq to an elevated level. They were number six in all of texas. I'm pretty sure they will be listed number one soon. Sorry Interstellar. You are really good, better than most, but no way number one.

  6. I've lived in Austin my whole life and I've never heard of Interstellar BBQ. Black's BBQ. Stubs BBQ. Terry Black's. Southside. Franklin BBQ Where Obama visited. Stile Switch which has great ribs. Iron works which used to be a black smithing shop long ago. The Salt Lick. Never ever heard of InterstellarBBQ. Brisket rules. I make my Brisket sandwich with BBQ sauce slaw and pickles.

  7. Hell yeah man! This was my first stop when I was in Austin a few weeks back. Warren was the nicest guy, showed me around and chatted for almost an hour.

  8. “Best BBQ in Austin”? Really? Lol great Marketing…I’m sure this place is good but…be genuine…

  9. Not any of the spots are the best. Lockhart which is out of austin, has the best bbq. Every local born and raised from ATX knows that. Eff those gentrification companies 🖕🖕

  10. Was in Austin last year and went to Terry Blacks. Spent almost $90. Didn’t taste any different than any other bbq I’ve had.

  11. Lamb is gamey? Enjoyed your video quite a bit otherwise. Your host was top notch!

  12. If you want some dang good BBQ go to the BBQ truck at the Bark Park on Hamilton Pool Road in Bee Cave. He hunts all his own meat, it's exceptional.

  13. I grew up in Texas eating Bar B Q from the Roadside all my life. It used to be an occasional treat, and a cheap alternative, to cooking dinner. Then it went "Pop Culture" in the 90's, And has been way too expensive since. The only Bar-B-Q I eat now is my own. And I can honestly say after Bar B Q'ing for 45 years, It is some of the Best Bar B Q I have ever eaten in Texas.

  14. I liked their sides. Bbq was
good. I don’t know about #1. I’ve had ALL the bbq in Austin. My fav isn’t in Austin. It’s a 1/2 an hr. North in Taylor. Lou mulluers. Best brisket in the biz. By far.

  15. Get the laxitive and bromelein out for that colon cloggin' barbeque we can't get enough of. I'm seriously addicted to beef brisket …smoked, rested, served!

  16. Your right if you don’t love what you’re doing why do it.the ingredients flavor color and who fresh and delicious everything is.

  17. Too much yuppie libtard drama. I make my own and look at these videos to see others. To much city slicker drama. Just beat it and enjoy and make it yourself like I do!!
