Located in the shadow of Mount Fuji, Japan’s most famous icons is Fuji-Q-Highland, a park home to many record breaking attractions. One of them is Eejanaika, an S&S Sansei (formerly S&S Power) multi-dimension coaster where riders ride alongside the track and flip via a guided rail along the track.

Meaning “ain’t it great!” in Japanese, Eejanaika opened in 2006 and received a Guiness world record for most inversions (points where rides flip upsidedown) at 14. That being said, the coaster only features 3 real inversions where the track inverts.

While the coaster may be similar to X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain, the layout of the ride is different, smoother, and also more intense.
