The Yakuza: one of the most well-known criminal groups in the world. Unlike other mafias and gangs, the Yakuza were known for doing their business with honor – no matter how illicit those business activities might be.

I had the opportunity to meet an ex-Yakuza boss in Fukuoka, and I knew I couldn’t pass this up. Yuyama-san was a Yakuza for 15 years, and although he had left the life a decade ago, he had plenty of information to share. He was also going to take me to one of Japan’s strangest cultural staples: the hostess club. There would be much to learn on this evening.

I've been demonetized many times and there's a chance this video could be too. Sponsors really help make these videos possible.

  2. I never knew I had a thing for Japanese women until now.. haha.. American women are just awful

  3. Tommy is respectable and friendly its a language that can be perceived in any location. Great content and commentary. GG's tommy!

  4. Only in America is the flag is flown by many of its citizens. Both Japan and German lost their flags flown during the war as they symbolized war atrocities. Today in German, Holland, etc they discourage flying their countries flags. The reason is they raised people more loyal to a flag than what was right. So Japan has the same problem of fear of mindless flag loyalty over rational thought of actions. Its the reason, the Japanese flag is flow on all government buildings and at public official events. So now you know, all they are patriotic to their country and care deeply about it. They just think about it and show it in a different way. Maybe they care about each other more than they do about a flag, a novel idea. Oh my relative, Captain Abraham Swartwout was the one who made the first American flag that flew during a battle. The official US flag blue color is the same as his coat that he gave to his soldiers demanding they make the flag so they had a battle flag. A battle he that he commanded and won in the American revolutionary war.

  11. Going for a wander there soon, the crossed leg thing will be a challenge.. Tried finding a Japanese hostess club in Thailand but every time it turned into a more Thai girl whore house, just wanted to have a pretty girl pour me drinks and laugh at my shit jokes.. Maybe Japan is that country hahaha

  13. Hi Tommy loving Japan Vlog it seems nice place to vist😂😁😀
Nice ladyi don't approve of that man with knife demonstration.

  14. As a Japanese myself, this is a very gaijin way of showing Japan to gaijin.
The Japanese themselves in the video are not being very straight with him at all.
They are what we Japanese call omotenashi or just being nice because he is a guest / foreigner.
Regarding the yakuza part, many parts are true but many are how do I say, telling him what his audience want to hear and believe from games and other foreigners. In other words, they are doing the saving FACE play with him.
