– all parts from the Wagyu beef are not wasted at all, each and every cut has its distinctive differences .. 💪
– fatty meats ( Uwa Misuji, Ninounde) it literally melts in the mouth 👄
– lean tenderness ( Ko Sankaku ) , provide a fine texture .. we love it 🥰
– balance ( Tougarashi, Kata Sankaku) best of both world 🌍.. AMAZING!
