Osaka is a popular city to visit. There’s a small, old neighborhood in it called Shinsekai which was established in 1912. Central to the neighborhood and standing at 100 meters (328 feet) is the 2nd incarnation of the Tsutenkaku Tower. Head to the top for a quaint view of the surrounding area. Or check it out at night when it’s lit up with neon. A really fun look at progress from a bygone era!
