Care for a relax in a boat with cherry blossoms all around you? 🌸⛵
Habu Park is the largest green space in the city of Nakama, Fukuoka Prefecture. But, when spring rolls around, the park is covered in vibrant pink cherry blossoms from 1,000 sakura trees. The petals of Japan’s cherry blossoms are much larger, and lighter in color than those found in other places in the world. This makes Habu Park a happening spot for locals to come and relax.
There’s also a bright red bridge crossing the park’s main pond, which complements the light pink of the cherry blossoms well. Hop in a small paddle boat and make your way out into the waters to really ramp up that relaxation.
