It is in China, well named as the Great Wall of China, the world’s greatest man made wonder.
It isn’t merely a connection with the fabled emperors previously, but a real manifestation of our sense of China as separate from the rest of the world.
As it is not possible to talk about China, without mentioning the Great Wall of China, it’s a pride for China.
The Great Wall of China is a lasting sign of empire and strength. It was built from 220-206 BC by China’s first emperor, Qin Shi Huang and later restored and expanded during the Ming dynasty, in the 15th century.
Even now, it appears nearly mythical as it winds and climbs throughout the hills that are Chinese.
There are regions of the wall which are destroyed or ruined, but enormous stretches stay pristine. Incredibly, all of the segments of the wall set together run for almost 4,000 miles.
There are lots of sections of the Great Wall which are available for people to walk together.
There are cable cars along with a toboggan run if you fancy more of a saunter than a lift, or enjoy a two-week itinerary that unites nighttime at homestays and guest houses with daily treks of around seven hours.
It is certainly the No. 1 iconic attraction in China & summer is the best season to travel to China.
So you may consider this summer visiting the glorious & miraculous Great Wall of China with your friends or family.
