“So far, I’m happy with the pace, but not with the time attack. Just before the time attack, I was doing laps on a medium tyre that had 26 laps on it. With the step to a new soft, I didn’t take the full benefit. Tomorrow I’ll try again. In general I need to improve my riding, because after three months I was not carrying enough corner speed and that’s our bike’s strong point.”
