Talk about putting your back into it! 😲 It might look like these guys are training for some high-intensity sport, but they’re in fact making mochi (glutinous rice cakes)! Nakatanidou is known for its delicate yomogi (mugwort) mochi, filled with a sweetened red-bean paste and dusted in kinako (roasted soy-bean flour). 😋 Oishii! (Delicious!)
