Nestled neatly in rows on the hillside at Mt. Hakodate from Lake Biwa Area, Shiga Prefecture, these bubbly balls of green fluff are Kochia plants. They pair up gracefully with the pink Petunias next to them for a lovely snapshot of August in Japan.
