Early this morning February 21st 2020 the Saga Cruise Ship “Saga Sapphire” sailed up Southampton water and into the port of Southampton being escorted by the tug Lomax. The “Saga Sapphire” has just finished her current cruise which was a 14 day round-trip to the Canary Islands which began on the 7th Feb 2020, her last port call before arriving into Southampton was Cadiz in Spain. Her estimated time of arrival at the Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Terminal was for 07:30am. Shortly after she was safely alongside the bunker tanker “Sikinos” arrived to refuel the “Saga Sapphire” before she begins her next cruise from Southampton.
