Guys! I tried making Yakitori on my Weber charcoal grill and it worked!… Well, you can be the judge of that. I would love any and all feedback regarding my technique and the grill setup!

I tried to set my grill up to act like a Konro grill – the compact ceramic grills that takes binchotan charcoal. I pushed hardwood lump (burns hotter than briquettes) as close to the grill grate as possible. I highly recommend my setup to anybody trying to make yakitori!
