This Luxury Tour Train operates between Yokohama and Izukyu Shimoda on an occasional basis and passengers must book in advance as part of a tour.
In summer 2020 Tokyu will be lending the train to JR Hokkaido to help in their efforts to boost tourism in Hokkaido.
