Welcome back to Japan and our first time in Osaka! Finding the top things to do in Osaka seemed a bit easier than in Kyoto or Tokyo – the Osaka Castle, tasting Okonomiyaki, exploring Dotonburi and exploring some shopping districts were near the top of most lists!

But first, we had to figure out how to get from Kyoto to Osaka and honestly it was VERY easy! Osaka Castle is a historic landmark built in the late 16th century – with impressive stone walls, a HUGE scenic park, and there’s a museum somewhere too that covers the rich history.
