  1. It's not elderly friendly, they have a phobia of benches and seating areas which is a major pain. If you bring a seat and sit down they send in the cleaner to move you along without talking to you but getting ever closer. Frankly it's shameful and yet a great way of moving people on. It's strange because Japanese people are very considerate in their thinking and design yet fail to cater in many places like this for the older generation.
