Kansai Airport is located on a man made island and became the main international airport for Osaka Replacing Itami. Accessible via a long bridge on rail and road
The viewing location of this video is from a designed viewing area at the end of runway 24L, you can access this by jumping on a dedicated bus from the airport terminal which only takes 5-10 mins
