200 for the cab is way too much $$$ should use the Bus shuttle from Kansai airport for around $15 aud which they help u with luggage onto the bus then to the middle of Osaka Namba area and go from there via Taxi would of been more economical. there is also UBER which works too in japan and mildly cheaper too
