I would consider keep looking around if you find something better closer to your job etc. But keep these on the list
waddup Jonny…. hope Chicago visit turned out ok… my understanding is that all the houses in japan depreciate over time unlike in the States… the only way it would be the other way around is if the property is in dead center of the city… maybe get a condo that's closer to one of the main hub stations to futureproof yourself 🤔🤔
Choose a house cheap on your budget but also something you can see yourself living in your whole life maybe just incase. Me and my wife bought a house and it's been 7 years and we are like we should have gotten a house with more space and we kinda want to sell it but then again we are already so used to living here lol. The good thing about our house though is we live very close to almost every single store you can think of in the states walking distance
