At a Tonkotsu ramen restaurant, it is very spicey. Probably my favorite thing I’ve tried here. I would love to be able to get it at a grocery store to take home if this is possible ?
What would I look for? Thank you for your time 🙏

Spicy takana. Like the one in this [link](https://shop.shinsengumigroup.com/products/packaged-spicy-takana#:~:text=Reviews-,Description,Hakata%20style%20Takana%20Fried%20Rice). I think in English it is called pickled mustard greens.

Here is another [link](https://zenpop.jp/en/blog/post/5697/what-is-takana?srsltid=AfmBOoqM7KyKqg_KSvJiAwTDsUhZ2spKQXQJ2LalWHK0IMbPypQTu0iO) about it, because while I love it I am not sure how to explain it.

the container said 超高い産直高菜 (Very spicy direct from farm takana)

Extra-spicy takana, which is a green leafy vegetable. They probably make it in-house.

others already answerd it. But at oen point for the US anyway, amazon had dried versions you could mix with water for. not nearly as good though. But an option.

may honestly be best to learn to make it maybe if you’re not in Japan. IF you’re in Japan Maeda has them in the pickle area.

Super spicy farm-fresh mustard greens. A small amount tastes great…

    That’s what my phone says.
