I found three packages in my pantry that are fully sealed. Each package is full of salt water. I was wondering if I can still eat them without getting sick. Since I don’t reach Japanese, it was a little hard to find the expiration date and then I just completely forgot about it and now I used Google Translate and apparently it says that they expired October 2023.

If they’re bound for the trash anyway, open a tin and trust your nose first. Then trust your tongue second.
You CAN eat expired anything, just don’t expect it to be good.
