Secret Tokyo Wagyu Spot: Kiln-Roasted Tajima Beef in Shibuya’s Backstreets #foodtraveljapan

Rogama Steak Arcanum is a hidden gem in the heart of Shibuya’s Love Hotel District. Tucked into the backstreets of one of Tokyo’s most highly trafficked areas is a high-end steak restaurant specializing in kiln-roasted dishes, mainly those using Tamura Wagyu from Tajima Beef Cattle, some of Japan’s finest.

Head Chef Shinya Suzuki has quite an interesting background, and — something unusual for Japan — many tattoos. Why? And how did he get into cooking luxe, melt-in-your-mouth food? You’ll have to watch to find out! 🥩🌹
