Great travelogue for visiting Izu. A place I have really been meaning to visit. Was planning to drive but may have to take the Black Ship. Dig the history lesson ✌️
This is very informative. Traveling to Japan is on my bucket list and this looks like a trip to add to the itinerary.

Gotta love the Black Ship train for the (expertly narrated) naval history back story. And it looks cool too! Cheers mate
beautifully edited video! seeing unique trains with great views makes me miss my time in japan. i’ll have to add this area and these trains to my itinerary for my next trip!
as for favorite train/train line… somewhere between osaka and gobo were some beautiful views that i remember fondly. kishi station and its densha are also quite unique and a treat to visit. lastly, dojoji station’s peaceful inaka atmosphere is memorable for me (and dojoji temple and the area is a must-visit in my books!)
