Coasting In Japan 2024 – Part 14
This was another park/coaster free day for three of us. Marty decided to visit Kijima Krogen park to ride Jupiter, one of Japan’s rare wooden coasters. Our day started with a trip to Hiroshima to spend some time in Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome. This was my second visit to this area and it was just as emotional.
The rest of our day was spent on the island of Miyajima where we visited the Itsukushima shrine and an aquarium. While there weren’t any amusement park thrills this day, the vibes were a thrill of their own.
