I traveled from Tomakomai (Hokkaido) to Nagoya (Aichi) via Sendai on the Taiheiyo Ferry Ishikari. It is the longest ferry route in Japan, taking 40 hours.
The rooms are S sleeper rooms, which are like capsule hotels.
