I bought a Japanese sweet potato at a local organic store and made this following a recipe online, but since I didn't have access to an ingredient called kanten, I used corn starch instead and this was what I got. It still tasted sweet, but looks more like mashed potatoes. 😅

    If you plan on making it again, you can just look for the stuff labeled in English as agar gelatin. It comes powdered and in flakes
