Homemade Gyoza, my first attempt

    I made the wrappers first with the leftover mushroom broth from dried mushrooms I added to the filling in this recipe. I soaked the mushrooms overnight. https://www.justonecookbook.com/gyoza-wrappers/#wprm-recipe-container-58619

    For the filling I used mushrooms, red cabbage (it’s what I had) and sausage. I added ground ginger and no other spices.

    I used rice vinegar, soy sauce and hoisin sauce with some red pepper flakes for dipping sauce.

    These are excellent. I can’t wait to make them again.
