This video shows you a walk around Asahikawa Airport in Hokkaido and its surroundings.
Asahikawa Airport is located on the southeastern outskirts of Asahikawa City, with Higashikawa Town and the well-known tourist destination Biei Town beyond it.
Although it is a much smaller airport compared to those in major cities, nearby there is a beautiful park that has been used for filming TV dramas, as well as a handmade ICE CREAM workshop, making it a spot worth exploring.
This time, I head to the food court inside the airport to try the ramen from ‘SANTOUKA (山頭火),’ which apparently offers an airport-exclusive menu.
