3 Travel Manners about Restriction you need to know in Japan 🇯🇵 | #shorts, #Japan, #Manner

Traveling to Japan? Here are three essential travel manners to keep in mind.
First, be aware of Medicine Restrictions. When I lived in the U.S., I was amazed at the variety of over-the-counter painkillers available. However, even prescription drugs from the U.S. can be subject to regulations when entering Japan. Additionally, recreational drugs, stimulants, and narcotics are strictly prohibited and can result in severe penalties.
Second, Smoke in Designated Areas. Unlike many places in the world, smoking on the street is prohibited in Japan. You must smoke in designated areas, or you could face fines.
Third, No Littering. My foreign friends often say that Japan is clean, but trash bins are scarce. If you want to throw away trash in Japan, please use the trash cans at convenience stores and parks.
