I bought some while in Japan as I'm a big fan of the softdrink. I can seem to find the instructions on the packaging, even with what Japanese read ability I have I'm having a bit I'd a hard time.

I’m pretty sure you just eat it. It’s candy that’s supposed to mimic the taste of the drink.

  2. I guess, you have to put them in a glass of water or just eat it as candy.

    Advertising says:
“Mitsuya Cider, Japan’s most popular carbonated beverage, is now available in tablet form! The refreshing and sweet taste of the sizzling carbonation has been perfectly recreated! And it’s conveniently packaged in a bag that you can open and close, which is nice!”

    On the WebSite they say:

“This tablet allows you to enjoy the taste and fizz of the carbonated beverage “Mitsuya Cider.”
By adding baking soda to the tablet, we have created a product that gives off a fizzy, fizzing sensation.
“Mitsuya Cider” is a registered trademark of Asahi Soft Drinks Co., Ltd.”
