I bought some while in Japan as I'm a big fan of the softdrink. I can seem to find the instructions on the packaging, even with what Japanese read ability I have I'm having a bit I'd a hard time.

I’m pretty sure you just eat it. It’s candy that’s supposed to mimic the taste of the drink.

I guess, you have to put them in a glass of water or just eat it as candy.
