Japan is many things, and one of those is a tendency to be extra! 🌟 Especially when it comes to its parfaits 🍨 and as parfait connoisseurs, of course we had to try them.

We got two parfaits, one with little fish 🐟 suspended in an aquarium made from lush cherries 🍒 and one with melon 🍈 piled high in an extra tall glass (not shown). Each has multiple fun layers and textures to discover 😍

This parfait shop is very popular in Sapporo, and is open unusually late, starting from dinner time 🌙 The inside gives off an intimate night vibe, the kind you’d associate with a wine bar or small lounge.
