113)Kubota Castle(Japan’s top 100 castles)Yoshinobu Satake built the castle.(Akita, Japan)

It is located in Akita City, Akita Prefecture.
This castle was built by Yoshinobu Satake and was used as the residence of the Satake clan until the Meiji Restoration.
Construction of the castle began in 1603 and was completed in 1604.
It has been selected as one of Japan’s top 100 castles.
Kubota Castle is characterized by the fact that it has almost no stone walls and is surrounded by a moat and earthworks, and that no castle tower was built from the beginning.
It is thought that the reason why a castle tower was not built was due to financial circumstances due to the change of country, military service to the shogunate, and reservations about the Tokugawa shogunate.
The castle ruins have been maintained as Senshu Park.

This is a video of a 49-year-old bachelor who silently visited the castle by himself.
I am posting a visit record of historical remains such as castle ruins that I visited as I thought, based on the belief that I do not flock and do not flirt.
