Singapore to Sapporo WITHOUT FLYING: Day 65

Well, Vang Vieng is fun. Tash, Freddie and I are in North Laos and we’re joined by our friends Mia and Ellen as we go tipsy tubing. To put it bluntly, this is the best tube experience I’ve had since being in London.

The highlights of the day were Beerlao, hanging out with butterflies, seeing the incredible scenery from the river and the Beerlao. Beerlao by the way is the best beer we’ve had in Asia.

This was a great day out though and I’d highly recommend doing the tipsy tubing if you’re in Laos. Let’s just hope we don’t get dengue fever…
