Exploring KYUSHU: Off the beaten path JAPAN in a MINI CAMPER VAN – Part 2

In this video, we explore Japan in a mini camper van. We start in the south of Kyushu at Makurazaki to have a relaxing morning around town. Then we start driving along Kyushu’s Lost Coast to explore areas that are left empty most of the year! We also talk about some of the challenges of living in a camper van and visit two Michi no eki roadside rest areas in Japan. We then hike some abandoned trails and stumble upon the most epic view on our last night in the camper van! Oh, and we also explore the famous Takachiho Gorge – Japan’s most beautiful waterfall!

Aloha! We are Chloe and Trey! On July 4 2023, we decided to take a leap of faith and leave our jobs and life in Hawaii for a year of adventure around the world.
