DAY 95 – DAY 95 – TRAVELLING AROUND TOKYO | 東京 // 13.01.2017
So today we had to throw our original plan out the window due to us getting out of bed late and missing the opening times of Tsukiji fish market (which we will head to tomorrow)
Anyways it still gave us the perfect opportunity to head to the Imperial Palace and to the neighbouring district of Ginza.
Ginza is one of the oldest shopping districts of Tokyo and for us it felt much busier than Shibuya. The word Ginza translates to ‘Silver Mint’, our interpretation of this is that you need to be ‘minted’ in order to shop here.
It didn’t look like it in the video but we actually walked ALOT today, so we headed home early to get some energy for another day in Tokyo.
