We stayed in this hotel last March because it is relatively close to Disneyland. Beautiful hotel and large room. The room price had definitely gone up a lot since then

Really weird/odd misuses of building and structure, the tallest building in japan is actually Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower, Tokyo sky tree is the tallest structure in Japan. It's also the 4th tallest currently standing structure in the world, not 3rd, or the 5th tallest structure ever built.

How in the world did those two manage to turn into boring middle-aged (not to me tho, that’s just what I read around here) making trip vids for the 50-60 age group (mine)? Kinda wild to think you hadn't done that yet. I only went to japan once for two weeks. Had no intention of taking a boat, found myself sailing from asakusa to odaiba before the gundam got moved.
I rode a train from Narita Airport to Shinjuku back in 2017. I'll never forget a little girl in front of us saying "Sukaitori da! Sukaitori da! (It's the Skytree! It's the Skytree!)."

I wished I’d lived abroad when I was younger. I did spend about a year in Finland, Helsinki but left too soon. Japan is definitely on my bucket list of places to visit.
