I so hope that they take at least some of the elements of the Starcruiser and make it into something else, like a Batuu sit down restaurant…something. Would be a shame to lose Gaia and the rest of the cast.

AJ – we have followed you for the last 5 or 6 years and we love the work you do for all of us. Unfortunately with Disney AP prices being out of control, we have opted to purchase AP for Universal. My question is this – do you know of any Universal themed content creators who are on par with what you have created with DFB?
That’s Disney customer service now adays, you paid for something, it doesn’t work and they tell you tough luck! This is why Disney is failing!

So, help me understand the budget thing. Did that DeSantis board (it isn't to benefit Florida or any of the communities near Disney) approve to use Disney money to fight the Disney Lawsuit? Disney paid over $1 billion in taxes, so instead of all of that money going to Florida will some of that be used to fight DeSantis' tantrum or is the board actually taking Disney's money to fight it?

I read that the wholesale H2O products was not shutting down and that guests will be able to purchase these same products eventually. Maybe it's just a rebranding.
I'm hoping they can keep the Star Wars Hotel open with deluxe prices. Take away the ultra experience, and included dining. I think there would be a lot of interest at a deluxe pricing. Probably would sell out

Just came from Disney World. So much fun and even though its to hard to do if you do genie and lighting lane right you could get so much done before 5PM and Disney has the best customer service and it was super packed so glad I got genie correct.
The Star Wars galactic cruiser was a disaster period what delusional fool thought. Spending $5000 for 2 days was reasonable.
Instead of closing the Star wars hotel, they should have reduced the prices drastically!
In years past the handling of the Genie plus problems would have been met with customer satisfaction instead of indifference. 😏 With it going down for at least an hour in the morning (prime time 🤨) those affected should have received at least 1 Lightening Lane that could have been used at any time. Disney used to be the Gold Standard for Customer Service- Not Anymore.🤬 It makes it harder and harder to justify their high prices. Especially when Universal Studios has really been hitting it out of the park (pun intended 😉) with their new rides and their leveled up customer service. Can't wait until their 3rd park is completed then it will make them more of a "destination park" with Disney becoming the park that we'll go to for a day or two-that's a complete 180 for us from what we used to do. We're seriously reconsidering whether we're renewing our annual passes with them in 2024. With the escalating prices, hotter than a 🌋 heat most of the year and their "new approach " to guest relations 😏 we'll probably just wait for their FL Resident specials and then get Universal passes. This is coming from a DVC member and someone who has been a Very Loyal Disney Customer for over 40 years. Do Better Disney.
