  5. Some of the worst food-prep techniques I've ever seen. At the very least, don't use bloody (fertilized) eggs! And don't cut hot cake. Also, don't bake melt-able things in that way. You have to bake the cake layers separately, then add the melt-able items in between the layers later, or there's no point, because they literally melt into the cake batter itself as it bakes, then there's nothing left of them and you've just added a ton of excess fat into your cake batter (mostly at the bottom, as these will also sink down as they melt) for no good reason. If you're going to have sloppy looking edges of the glaze over the tops of the donuts anyway, then the easiest and least messy way is to just have a larger ended piping bag that's kept upside down between uses – you go around the donut once with that thing, and you're done. Also, for sprinkles, the fastest way is to have the glazed donuts on a cooling rack over a baking sheet, then use a large-holed colander to sprinkle them on en-mass. Don't be so "dainty" about putting the toppings on these things, with all the layers of sprinkles and chocolate bars and whatever! Just use the colander method with the sprinkles first, then throw the chocolate bars on top… It's not hard. So much should be done differently than what they show here. Also, finally, cheese doesn't belong inside a sweet cake. I mean, WTH?
