simplemente EXELENTE !! VAYA CON QUE ORGULLO HABLA ESE HOMBRE DE SU PADER Y ABUELO GENIAL CONMOVEDOR , EL ORGULLO DE CADA HOMBRE LO HACE GRANDE.
Such a personal item. It would be a privilege to own such a treasure!
👍🔪
Awesome!
Impressive blacksmith. Knives carefully made with many customers though generations. Thank you enjoyed.
Being a blacksmith in general anywhere you face serious financial hardship if you only do ok.
Paul Martin took photos of a smithy in Miyazaki-ken and lamented how they are dying out in Japan and for this particular one there was no one to take over.
These people have golden hands in the ninth generation. This is wonderful, this is wonderful.
Great video. Would love more non-food videos like this in the future.
So amazing. I really want to get one of their knives! Someday!
I want the knife 🔪 too 😍
Awesome food, nice knife (
Blacksmithing videos are right up my alley. This is amazing and would love to see more.
Please continue uploading non-food videos as well 💟💟🥳🥳
So the grandad started in 1951 and the dad started 1981. Just checked the prices for one of the knives on the JFC store, and wow not what I thought, I had assumed it would be 3 or 4 times that price, I might just treat myself.
Fucking incredible… I will be buying one just to support the legacy.
Just picked up one. Have to support these guys and the quality of their work and the pride they take in doing a good job! ❤
May I know what kind of steel are they using for their knives! Thank you! Is it a blue steel or white steel?
Will be purchasing one. Thank you
Love passion for craft.Respect
these are the traditions and qualities that make humans special and their lives worth living.
It's just amazing to watch such a skillful trade, especially this granpa is 89 years old and still going strong and passing on the skills to his grandson.THis was a lotta fun to watch. THanks
Where can I order one?
What great skills how important it is we pass them on too, but the youth no longer want to work they just seem to think collage degrees are their meal ticket. Great to see second and third generations carrying on these skills
Thank you.
It's great to see a video for the little thought of tools of the food craftsman! ^_^
I would like to sincerely thank you for making and sharing this video. I'm a student of Japanese studies. I study Japanese history and philosophy. Particularly focusing on Japanese way of life (culture in anthropological sense). And I have been very interested in Japanese family structure ("Ie" in Japanese). And this blacksmith family and especially how the grandson explains what and how he thinks about his family and his ancestors really helps me to understand how this valuable "Ie" family structure underpins the core strength of Japanese society. This is something that the Western people and especially the Left will never understand with their destructive ideology they that call "progressive"
What a credit to his trade, and with 3 generations working there hopefully it wont be lost.
I want one of these knives. How do I get one?
Papa is a legend
I wish i saw this earlier before it was sold out😢
As a hobbyist knife make here in the UK that was amazing to watch, both the family aspect and the skill from these men. Loved watching every minute.

Ezek a legkiválóbb minőségű kések nagyon szeretnék majd egyszer ilyet ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Köszönöm szépen a videót
I can relate to this story. Beautiful craftsmanship. I'm a wood carver and it can be discouraging to make something beautiful and have a hard time selling it. To have the history that they have, it must be a profound sense of pride.
I hope there are more available to order soon. I would love to share this with my family.
Craftsmanship is still alive and surprisingly modestly priced. Not sure how to order though.
Thank you for showing this business to the world.
