2023年9月に広島県広島市にある「広島市植物公園」に行きました
佐伯区倉重の瀬戸内海を望む高台に位置し、18.3haの園内には、大温室をはじめサボテン温室、展示温室、熱帯スイレン温室、ベゴニア温室、フクシア温室、栽培温室、展示資料館、芝生広場、カスケード、花の進化園、樹木観察園などを設け、約10,000品種203,000本の植物を栽培しています。
内外の植物を収集して教育的配慮の下に植栽し、憩いの場として自然観察の機会を提供するとともに、植物に関する知識の普及と自然保護の推進をはかる社会教育の場として1976年(昭和51年)11月３日に開園しました。
開園時間：午前９時から午後４時３０分（入園は午後４時まで）
入園料：18歳～64歳 510円、高校生・65歳～ 170円。中学生以下 無料
駐車場料金：普通自動車 450円
