We started off exploring this best Cebu Filipino street food at Leslie’s Lechon in Talisay, seeing the whole preparation and cooking process of one of the most popular Filipino foods.

We headed back into Cebu City to continue our ultimate lechon tour in Cebu Philippines, going to Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly to watch their crispy pork belly lechon get cooked up.   3. So they’re not using lemon grass. In our place we used lemon grass, tamarind leaves, etc.

  4. That golden brown, shatteringly crispy skin is non-negotiable! All the places looked great but I imagine Leslie’s was extra masarap 😂 due to the smoky flavour of the wood and coconut husks!

  5. You don't dip the Rice Puso on the vinegar, but it's up to you it is an acquired taste.! Yummy..Mmmm.Good, You are making me hungry! YES..We dont say masarap in Cebu, that is a tagalog word. We say "Lami kaayo", it means delicious in Bisaya dialect that we speak in Cebu….☺
