  1. So if I’m going for 2 weeks I don’t need to prebook parks? I can just turn up? Going to disneyworld in September 2024 x

  2. Can we get a non greedy CEO in at least one company? These clowns need to fairly pay their creative talent and all their employees in general!!! Again, this nonsense is a multi-corporation issue!

  3. I haven’t been to a Disney Park since 2007, and that was Hong Kong Disneyland. My last visit to a US Disney Park was 2004 (Disneyland). Haven’t been to Walt Disney World for 36 years (last went in 1988). Yet, I love watching these videos. Would love to go to Walt Disney World again but it would be a pretty expensive trip. It’s also about 18-20 hours of flying to get there one way from where I live.

  4. Have they said how Genie+ will work for reservations at parks when you don't need a reservation? Example, joining a virtual queue at 7am for a park you have reservations for vs not needing a park reservation since you have that date based ticket?

  5. While returning the Hatbox Ghost to HM is great, they've put him in the wrong spot and ruined the narrative. You're not supposed to actually SEE the ghosts until Madam Leota's seance has called them to materialize. The new spot for Hatbox is well before the seance scene! I know most tourists won't notice or care, but for decades-long HM fans like me, it's aggravating.

  6. things are really shaping up in downtown disney, including the din tai fung building. it’s so exciting! the whole area needed an overhaul and it looks like we’ll definitely get the new restaurants in 2024. 👏🏻

  7. Great news.. Bring back full spectrum of Annual Passes, DON'T IGNORE / NEGLECT the local LOYAL Florida Disney fans!!

  8. Every damn day they change rules and make new rules that obviously the average person wont know about before going

  9. Disney don’t care about your experience DONT give them your money! Stay away. You pay more for much less…For example:We spent 5 days at Universal compared to Disney which was very very disappointing. We had Bourne stunt show shut down on us after we were seated and Universal had employees giving out free fast passes to another ride or show of your choice. We had the exact same thing happen at the Lion King show and all we were offered was an exit. This happened multiple times at Disney Hollywood also and we had to argue with customer relations for passes. We lost 4 plus hours in one day on Rise-of the Resistance from multiple break downs. It seems Disney doesn’t care about how your experience is. Don’t get me wrong they have good rides as a whole but not a lot to offer individually at parks compared to Universal in my opinion. My next visit will not include Disney. I feel we got more value for our dollar at Universal. Plus the lack of response from Disney is very very disappointing. 2 days 3 people cost me roughly 900. 5 day 3 park hopper at Universal 1200. Nowhere close to worth the up charge. Add in the free water and ice at Universal compared to the warm water fountains at Disney

  10. That’s $200 for two people for one day. Who eats $100 a day food? I’m fat and I can’t even do that. Crazy

  11. A few days ago we got emails, Disney canceled all the park reservations we made for 2024 . Because you don't need them anymore.

  12. Dining plan sounds like a ripoff. Disney had a great program in late ‘90’s that was called magical wishes. They were flexible points that could be used for food, merchandise or fun extras like boats or mini golf. Their whole focus in recent years has been profits. No longer the fun place it used to be. Not affordable at all for regular people with children who would love to be able to visit. Walt himself focused on children and a magical childhood. He would be mortified if he saw what his lifelong work has devolved into. Sad.

  13. I miss the old ride system they used to have. I hate genie plus

  14. A little disappointed about the Run Disney being when it is. It's a little self centered, I worry, but my birthday is January 11th and this year, now that I'm in college, is my first year with my birthday being over winter break. I was originally hoping to go to Disney World for my birthday, but all of our DVCs were all booked up, and I didn't want to go to a "second choice" hotel as I knew I wouldn't be as happy. Oh, well!

  15. The plan is two expensive but what is even worse the guality of food is so bad was there at xmas had res. At cystral palace is was PURE SLOP SORRY BUT TRUE

  16. Wait..is Pocahontas not there anymore?!!! Who cares about Moana

  17. They're always "announcing" things, with very little action. Not stagnant? Oh, they are sooooo stagnant! Unless of course you mean the constant changes to pricing and making things harder every day. eye roll No matter how much you try to dress up this company, they're still a total fail lately. And when it takes over 30mins to explain all the complications to visiting, that just makes it a hard pass tor most folks with a brain.
If it weren't for your happy outlook and wonderful voice, I wouldnt bother watching any of these vids.

  18. Magical Express needs to make a comeback. We're paying for flights and resorts and tickets and dining plan… a free ride from the airport would be appreciated.

  19. They will need to abolish the Park Pass reservations system completely if they ever expect to increase their annual pass-holder base. Disney will never learn from their MANY mistakes, even as they bleed out millions every month. 2024 will be more of the same, i.e., just not worth it.

  20. Parks are so expensive now, I went thinking I'd have a good time and only was there 1 day bc that's all I could afford. It's not even worth it unless you save $$$$$

  21. They need to let people physically que for the new main rides. It ruined Disney. Virtual ques are a scam to get you to spend all day in the parks waiting for your turn on there newest rides. In the meanwhile your stuck with 20+ year old dated 3d rides.3d !! and 40°C+ heat. We've just spent 2 weeks in florida and the only rides we didn't do that were worthy doing are Guadians of the galaxy and Tron. You can't join theses Virtual ques until your physically in the park and good luck getting on one even then. Do your self a favour if your kids that are 10 or over and like coasters just get Tickets for Universal Studios, go after 6pm for free parking and get on all there rides..

  22. Won’t be long til DVC are the only people who will be able to go to the parks and stay. Since everything is being turned into DVC at higher rates attendance will drop . Just remember universal is not pricing itself out of the market see you there!

  23. Disney definitely has the magic to make all your money completely disappear out of your wallet and your bank accounts while you are spending 97% of your time waiting in very long lines in the stifling heat.

  24. nooo pre booking flash passes is what ruined it to the point that we needed a new system

  25. Yeah, I’ll just wait in 2-3 years time when universals new park is open and go there.

  26. Golden Oaks is a failure. I heard a new Disney Springs in the works. But where at Disneyworld?

  27. Most of these changes seem like the company is listening. However, I want one more change… allow the purchase of Genie plus to be included in vacation packages. This way the cost can be added to the total cost of the package.
