That experience made me thought it was worth knowing a daily life of any places around the world. So I decided to do something I could do, and started filming Japanese daily life I experienced. Thank you for this video. I feel like I have a walk again in Kofu City. I miss this place. How I wish I could go back there again… this time with my daughters who are interested of learning more about the Japanese culture.

Toshiko 90, was born March 5 1933 in Kofu City Japan. The youngest daughter of Suke and Aiji Sato, In Japan, met a handsome young American GI, Johnie Lee Sheets. They married in Tokyo and Johnie brought her to West Virginia where they raised a beautiful family. Toshiko dearly loved the mountains of West Virginia. Toshiko was born March 5 1933 in Kofu City Japan. The youngest daughter of Suke and Aiji Sato, She was preceded in death by her parents, Suke and Aiji Sato, brothers, Shizuo Sato, Haruo Sato, Yosio Sato and Katsuo Sato. Her husband and life partner, Johnie Lee Sheets, Left to cherish her memories, sister, Mitsuko Sato of Tokyo, Japan.
